1. Install the following required Apps from either the App Store or UAFS Jamf Self Service:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Intune Company Portal
- (Optional) Microsoft Teams
2. Register Your Device
- Open the Self Service app
- Tap All and locate Register with Microsoft
- If you don’t see this option, contact the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460
- Tap Register
- When prompted, open the Authenticator app
- Approve the registration and enter your device passcode if asked
- Once you see confirmation that you’ve been registered, wait 3 minutes before continuing
3. Set Up Outlook
- Open the Outlook app
- Enter your university email address and tap Add Account
- When prompted, open the Authenticator app again to complete sign-in
4. Completion
- Once Outlook completes it's checks, your university email will be ready to use
