How to use voicemail
How to use the phone directory
- Press Contacts button
- Scroll down to the Corporate Directory, press Select
- Enter information using dialing pad, press Search soft key
- Scroll through list to find name and number
How to put a call on hold
While on a Call:
- Press Hold
- To Resume a call, press Resume
How to forward calls
- Press ForwardAll. After 2 beeps:
- To forward calls to another ext or number
- Dial the 4-digit extension OR 9, then the phone number for a local number
- (Phones cannot be forwarded to a long distance number, anything other than a 479 area code.)
- To forward all calls to Voicemail
- Press the Messages button
- To remove call forward
Note: The phone display will show if your phone is forwarded.
How to transfer calls
While on a Call:
- Press Transfer soft key (Do not place a call on hold first)
- Dial number to which you want to transfer the call
- If the party answers, announce the call and press Transfer
- If the party refuses the call, press the Resume soft key
- If party does not answer, Press Transfer again to transfer to another number
- To transfer a call directly into a voice mailbox
- press Transfer
- then * plus 4 digit ext
- press Transfer a second time
How to use call pickup
- When a call in your pickup group rings:
- Pickup your receiver, Press Pickup soft Key to bring call to your set
- After reviewing the caller id information, press Answer to take the call or hang up receiver to send call back to the original set
- You can also pick up calls in your group if you have speed dial lines on your phone.
