This procedure outlines the Change Management process for the Information Technology Services department at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith to minimize disruptions in service to users of the technology infrastructure. For purposes of this process, changes are defined as installs, modifications or deletions that alter the production infrastructure and operations environment.
