Turn off Focused Inbox in Office 365

 

Turn off Focused Inbox in the Desktop App | Turn off Focused Inbox in the Mobile App | Turn off Focused Inbox in the Web Client

 

Turn off Focused Inbox in the Outlook Desktop app:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your desktop
  2. Click View at the top of the screen
  3. Click Show Focused Inbox

 

Turn off Focused Inbox in the Outlook mobile app:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device
  2. Click your Profile icon in the upper left corner of the screen
  3. Click Settings (Gear icon) at the bottom of the screen
  4. Select Mail
  5. Under Inbox toggle Focused Inbox button

 

Turn off Focused Inbox in the Outlook Web Client:

  1. Open the Outlook web on your device
  2. Click Settings (Gear icon) in the upper right corner of the screen
  3. Under Focused Inbox select Don’t sort my messages
