Brief Summary
All security breaches will be thoroughly investigated by IT following the procedures in this document. The University of Arkansas Fort Smith shall provide timely and appropriate notice to affected individuals when there is reasonable belief that a security breach has occurred or when notified by a regulator or other third party.
