Access voicemail on campus
- Press Messages button, enter your 4 digit PIN
- Follow the prompts on your phone
- Initial PIN is set to the extension number, change to a four digit number that you can easily remember
Access voicemail off campus
- From off campus, dial your phone number to get to voicemail.
- When your greeting starts to play, hit * to get into the settings on your voicemail.
- The Cisco phone system will ask:
- Enter your ID (your 4 digit phone number), followed by #.
- Enter your Voicemail PIN, followed by #.
- You are now in your voicemail just like you are on your office phone.
- The options are the same, 1 to listen to messages, etc.
Change your greeting
- Select 4 for Options
- Then select 1 for Greetings
- Follow the prompts on your phone
New voicemail users
New voicemail users will be prompted to change the greeting and PIN.
